By accessing theasapstudio.com, booking an appointment, or receiving services at ASAP Studio, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking.
Appointments and Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future bookings or being declined future appointments.

Refund and Redo Policy
We take pride in our work and want every client to leave satisfied. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the shop so we can address your concern immediately.
Touch-up requests must be made within 7 days of the original appointment. Touch-ups are offered at our discretion and apply only when the service was not delivered as discussed during the consultation.
We do not offer refunds on completed services. Refunds are only issued in cases where a service was not rendered or a billing error occurred.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit and debit cards. Deposits may be required for certain bookings, first-time clients, or clients with a prior no-show history. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of the service. Deposit amounts will be communicated at the time of booking.
Health and Safety
ASAP Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any client for health or hygiene reasons, including but not limited to visible scalp conditions, open wounds, or conditions that may pose a risk to staff or other clients. This policy exists to protect all parties and is enforced without discrimination.
If you have a known scalp condition, allergy, or sensitivity, please inform your stylist before the service begins.
Liability Disclaimer
ASAP Studio is not liable for any adverse reactions, allergic responses, or outcomes related to pre-existing scalp or skin conditions. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health information prior to service.
ASAP Studio is not responsible for results that do not meet client expectations due to unclear or incomplete communication about the desired style. We strongly encourage all clients to show reference photos and discuss the desired outcome in full during the consultation before the service begins.
By proceeding with any service, the client acknowledges and accepts these limitations of liability.
Minor Consent
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at the time of service, or must have a signed consent form provided by a parent or legal guardian prior to the appointment. ASAP Studio reserves the right to decline service to a minor if consent requirements are not met.
Photography and Media
ASAP Studio may take before and after photos for use on our social media platforms, website, or marketing materials. By booking a service, you grant ASAP Studio permission to use your likeness in these materials unless you opt out.
To opt out of photography, notify your stylist before your service begins. Your preference will be noted and respected. Opting out will not affect the quality of your service.
Code of Conduct
ASAP Studio is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or immediately discontinue service to any client who engages in inappropriate, aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other clients. No refund will be issued if service is terminated due to a code of conduct violation.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number through our website, booking forms, or any opt-in point, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from ASAP Studio. Messages may include:

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enable messages, reply START.
