Opt-Out Instructions

Appointments and Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Clients who do not show up may be charged a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or result in refusal of future bookings.

We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us before leaving so we can address your concern. Touch-up requests must be made within 7 days and are provided at our discretion. Refunds are only issued for services not rendered or billing errors.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit or debit cards. Deposits may be required and will be applied toward the total service cost.


Health and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service for health or hygiene reasons, including visible scalp conditions or any condition that may pose a risk to staff or clients. Clients must disclose any relevant conditions prior to service.


Liability Disclaimer

ASAP Studio is not liable for allergic reactions or outcomes related to undisclosed conditions. We are not responsible for results that do not meet expectations due to unclear instructions. Clients are encouraged to communicate clearly and provide reference photos.


Photography and Media

ASAP Studio may take before and after photos for marketing purposes. You may opt out by notifying your stylist before your service begins.


Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior. No refunds will be issued if service is terminated for this reason.


Changes to These Terms

ASAP Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
